The Civil Administration Department will issue beneficiary cards to disadvantaged citizens who confirm to criterions, and card holders can pay for medical treatment and medicine in our hospital. The goal of the project is to offer elementary service of medical treatment and healthcare for disadvantaged citizens. The favors that card holders can enjoy include:

  1. Free medicine valued at RMB 500 a year
  2. Free charge of registrating and consulting fee in our hospital
  3. Free charge of ordinary couslting fee(such as assay, x-ray and injection)
  4. Medicine is discounted at 15% of market price

Up until now, each card holder can enjoy free medical treatment valued at RMB 800 yuan each year.
